Christian Leadership Concepts (CLC) was founded in Brentwood, Tennessee, in 1982. Over the past 43 years, more than 12,000 men in 164 cities, across 30+ U.S. states and 8 countries, have been equipped through CLC's training.

Today, we're simply responding to the same request Hal received over forty years ago: "Who will gather men around Jesus Christ for discipleship, relationship, and leadership? We will!

CLC is a relational pathway that equips men for a lifetime of biblically based leadership. Our mission is "Equipping men to follow Christ, Live with Purpose, and Lead with Impact."
