MINISTRY AMBASSADORS
Become a Table Host
One of the greatest ways to support Harvest Fest is by becoming a Table Host. Table Hosts become ministry ambassadors by prayerfully inviting couples, friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, church leaders, and business associates to experience an evening of encouragement — and hear how God is transforming lives through Christian Leadership Concepts.
As a Table Host, we simply ask you to:
Pray for those you invite.
Personally invite up to nine guests.
Welcome your guests during the evening.
Introduce them to Christian Leadership Concepts.
Distribute materials to your guests at the table.
Collect response envelopes at the end of the evening.
Give away the table centerpiece as a door prize.
Allow the ministry presentation to provide the opportunity for guests to become ministry partners.
Table Hosts are never expected to ask their guests for financial support. Your role is simply to create an opportunity for others to hear the stories, experience the vision, and respond as God leads.
