CLC is more than a Bible study. It is a relational pathway that equips men for a lifetime of biblically based leadership through trust, vulnerability, and accountability. When men come together around the person and work of Jesus Christ, masks are removed and honest fellowship and brotherhood begin. Over time, this relational formation produces leadership that is grounded in Christ and expressed consistently in everyday life.

  • CLC is a community of men committed to following Jesus and growing into Christ-centered leadership. It is not a class or a one-time event. It is a long-term process of discipleship built through small groups, consistent relationships, and shared pursuit of a life shaped by Christ.

  • CLC is for men who want to take their faith in Jesus seriously and live it out in everyday life. Men who are ready to move beyond surface-level connection and grow as leaders in their home, church, work, and community.

  • Most men are part of a small group that meets regularly. Together, you engage Scripture, have honest conversations, and challenge each other to follow Jesus more closely in real life. It is simple, but it requires consistency and commitment.

  • It is a commitment, but it is designed to fit into real life. Most groups meet in a consistent rhythm that works for the men involved. The goal is not to add more noise, but to create space for what matters most.

  • No. Following Jesus is a process. Most men come in with questions, doubts, or areas where they want to grow. You do not need to have it all together. You just need to be willing to take a next step.
