Get Started

In CLC, God forges men through relational discipleship rooted in Scripture and lived out in everyday leadership — transforming their homes, churches, communities, and marketplace.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

There are two ways to begin with Christian Leadership Concepts.

You can join an existing group, or you can start one.

Both paths are grounded in the same commitment to relational discipleship, consistency, and shared growth.

Join a Group

Joining a group is a good option if a group already exists near you or if you are not yet ready to start one.

Groups are small, relational, and focused on helping men follow Christ in everyday life and leadership.

Start a Group

Groups begin because someone is willing to take the first step, not because everything is figured out.

If you sense the need for deeper formation and are willing to invite others into that journey, this path may be for your growth.

Take Your Next Step

Whether you’re looking to join a group or start one, this is the best place to begin. Share a little about yourself below, and someone from our team will follow up to help you take the right next step.

What does a CLC group actually look like?

Imagine a circle of six to twelve men meeting weekly for 1-2 years. They've devoted themselves to growing closer to God in the following ways:

  • Christ-Centered Growth: Every gathering points back to Jesus and what it means to follow Him more faithfully in every area of life.

  • Scripture: you don't just read it. You memorize it, discuss it, and let it shape how you lead.

  • Curriculum-Based Learning: You work through a structured biblical curriculum that provides a clear pathway for spiritual growth and practical application for every sphere of a man’s life.

  • Accountability:  real questions, honest answers.

  • Leadership Formation: you learn what it means to lead your family, church, your workplace, and the men around you with intention.

  • Relationships: the kind that go beneath the surface and actually last.

  • Prayer: together, for each other, with expectation.

It's not a program you complete. It's a pathway you walk - on the way to the life God designed you for - with men who want the same things you do.

You Are Not Alone

Most men feel like they’re carrying it alone. Responsibility, pressure, and questions they don’t say out loud. The truth is, you’re not the only one. We have countless stories from men who were willing to step into something different. Real relationships, honest conversations, and a path toward becoming the kind of leader they are called to be.
